All packages must be paid in full on or before the date of the initial assessment appointment. This is to maximize the client outcomes from treatment, engage in mutual commitment and reserve clinic space for prioritized clients.
Packages that consist of 3 appointments or less must be used within 3 months of purchase. Packages that consist of 3-7 appointments must be used within 6 months of purchase. This ensures continuity of service and the best possible results. It allows best-practice guidelines, improves client outcomes and continuity of care should other health care providers be a part of the circle of care.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We understand that our clients have busy lives and have time constraints. We also understand that as parents with young children, illness can strike within minutes! If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment and communicate that with us, we will not charge a cancellation or missed appointment fee. However, if no communication attempt has been received prior to the appointment time, and an appointment is missed, this appointment will be deducted towards the purchased package allotment. We understand aim to be as compassionate and understanding as possible to your needs. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 647-202-3633 as early as possible when needing to cancel or change an appointment.
