A Nutrition Consultation with our Registered Dietitian can help you with issues like:

With over twelve years of experience, our Registered Dietitian Nishta Saxena is an expert at helping people strategize and meet their goals in simple, practical and lasting ways.

STEP 1:  Choose a package and book an initial 1 hour assessment to review your history, set goals and make a nutrition plan.

STEP 2:  After the initial assessment, you can book follow-up appointments to check in about your progress and help you stay on track.

  • Meet with our Registered Dietitian in person, over the phone, or via Skype for 1 hour
  • Review your current eating habits, exercise habits and lifestyle, and discuss specific challenges and concerns
  • Set actionable goals and develop a complete nutrition strategy
  • Develop practical long-term strategies that will work for your lifestyle
  • Follow up with our Registered Dietitian in person, over the phone,  or via Skype for 30 minutes or 1 hour
  • Review your progress
  • Discuss challenges and barriers
  • Celebrate successes!
  • Develop practical strategies to help you reach your long-term goals
