Just wanted to thank you for the Solid Foods session held at Jill and the Beanstalk. It was a great session, I learned so much! I left feeling very informed and confident. I had been nervous about this next step with my little one, but now I’m sure he’s going to get everything he needs.

I would personally like to thank Nishta Saxena for all of her assistance. I was first referred to Nishta for help with a rare disorder in which dietary changes are the treatment. Every time I met with her she listened and gave me practical suggestions. She also supported and guided me in working with my GI and Family Physician.

Not only does she have a motivating and caring approach, but her knowledge of nutrition, wellness and disease prevention is vast. With Nishta’s guidance and help I was successful in making changes to improve the quality of my life. I would highly recommend.

Earlier this year I became pregnant. Already having Celiac disease, I knew I needed to refine my diet to ensure the best possible outcome for baby (and mom!).

Nish’s knowledge, expertise, and evidence based yet personalized approach got me immediately on track with a healthy and balanced diet. She has helped my husband with his weight loss goals and to improve symptoms of IBS.

Most recently, her consultation with my mother, a newly diagnosed diabetic, led to a 15 pound weight loss and excellent blood sugar readings in only a few months (HbA1c down from 12.6 to 7 in only 3 months!). We will continue to reach out to Nish for our all dietitian related needs.

The workshop was fantastic. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with Nishta’s no-nonsense ability to connect with students in a way that was direct, engaging and entertaining. I believe a number of my students will be contacting her as a result to seek her guidance. Absolutely fantastic.
