3 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
1 ½ lbs lump crab meat
½ cup low-fat mayonnaise
3 tbsp chopped chives
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
2 limes, juiced
Salt and pepper to taste
Your favorite salad green
Hot sauce (optional)
1. Mix together crab meat, mayonnaise, chives, cilantro and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
2. Fill each avocado hollow with the mixture and spoon extra on top.
3. Serve over greens and garnish with chives and cilantro. Add hot sauce for an extra kick. Enjoy!
