Grain Pizza Bowls
Create a quick and delicious dinner with whatever leftovers you have on hand for these Pizza Grain Bowls. They’re easy, fun to put together, and can easily take care of that pizza craving. Enjoy tonight!
2 cups grains- Quinoa works well, but you can use rise, bulgar, whatever you have on hand
1 cup tomato sauce
Your favorite pizza toppings- we used peppers, tomatoes and green onion
1 cup shredded cheese (again- use what you have!)
1. Heat the oven to 425*F.
2. In 4 oven-safe ramekins, split quinoa, tomato sauce, toppings and cheese.
3. Place on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Make sure you use oven mitts when handling the ramekins! Serve and enjoy!
